RouteSpark ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information to operate RouteSpark:

Account Information: Email address, authentication identifiers, and profile data you provide.
Route and Operational Data: Route numbers, delivery/order data, team assignment data, and PCF-related data you upload or create.
Media Data: Images captured or selected for scanning, uploads, and related workflows.
Device and Technical Data: Device/platform details, app version/build, and push notification tokens.
Diagnostics and Support Data: Crash and error diagnostics, support requests, and issue reports you submit.

How We Use Your Information

To provide and maintain our service
To authenticate users and enforce route-based access controls
To process scans, route workflows, and related operational features
To send expiration alerts and notifications you have enabled
To monitor performance, reliability, and app security
To communicate with you about support, account, billing, and service updates

How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers that process data on our behalf to operate RouteSpark, and when required by law.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored using Google Firebase infrastructure. We apply access controls and security controls designed to protect data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is absolutely secure.

Data Retention

We retain data while your account is active and as needed for operational, legal, and security purposes. PCF images and OCR-derived data are not automatically deleted immediately and may remain available to your account until deleted under retention workflows or account-deletion processing. Certain PCF/OCR data may also be retained in backup or archival systems outside primary Firebase storage until those backups are rotated or deleted. You can request deletion of your account and associated data in the app at Settings → Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, contact support@routespark.pro for assistance.

Third-Party Services

We use service providers that process data on our behalf, including:

Google Firebase: Authentication, Firestore database, cloud storage, and app infrastructure.
Firebase Crashlytics: Crash diagnostics and stability monitoring.
OCR Processing Services: On-device OCR modules and secure cloud processing workflows used for PCF scanning and extraction.
Expo: Push notification token registration and delivery.
Mailjet: Transactional support and issue-report emails.

Children's Privacy

RouteSpark is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

You have the right to:

Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your account and associated data
Opt out of marketing communications
