How do I scan a PCF form?

Open the app, navigate to the Scan tab, and take a photo of each page of the PCF form. Make sure the entire form is visible and well-lit. The app will automatically extract the product information.

Why aren't my expiration alerts working?

Make sure notifications are enabled in both the app settings and your device settings. Go to Settings → Notifications to configure your alert preferences.

Can I use RouteSpark on multiple devices?

Yes! Sign in with the same account on any device to sync your data automatically.

How do I delete my account?

Contact us at support@routespark.pro with your request. We'll process account deletions within 48 hours.

The OCR didn't read my form correctly. What should I do?

You can manually edit any extracted data by tapping on the field in the container view. For best results, ensure good lighting and hold the camera steady when scanning.
