These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RouteSpark service (the "Service"), operated by Kyle Purvis ("RouteSpark," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy available at: https://routespark.pro/privacy
If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
RouteSpark provides a mobile and web-based software platform supporting route operations, including digitization of Pallet Control Forms (PCFs), inventory workflow management, and related operational tools.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time.

We may investigate violations and suspend or terminate access at our discretion.
All rights, title, and interest in the Service remain with Kyle Purvis.
You retain ownership of data you upload. You grant RouteSpark a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display such data solely as necessary to provide and improve the Service.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may retain user data consistent with our operational needs, legal obligations, dispute resolution requirements, fraud prevention measures, and internal data retention policies.
PCF images and OCR-derived data are not automatically deleted immediately and may remain available until deleted through retention workflows or account-deletion processing. Certain PCF/OCR data may also remain in backup or archival systems outside primary Firebase storage until backup rotation or deletion occurs.
You are responsible for ensuring that uploaded data complies with applicable law and that you have the rights to submit it.
Certain features require an active paid subscription (or an active trial where offered).
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date through the applicable purchase platform.
Applicable taxes may be charged based on your jurisdiction and handled by the payment processor or platform.
Refunds are handled exclusively by the platform through which the subscription was purchased and are subject to that platform's policies. RouteSpark does not independently issue refunds for in-app purchases processed by Apple or Google.
We may modify subscription pricing. Price changes will apply prospectively and may be subject to notice requirements of the applicable purchase platform.
If an active subscription is detected on your account, account deletion is blocked. You must cancel in the same purchase platform used to subscribe, and deletion remains blocked until that platform reports the subscription as no longer active (which may be after the current billing period ends).
You may request deletion within the app. If you cannot access the app, contact support.
Upon confirmed deletion:
Deletion does not automatically cancel subscriptions purchased through third-party platforms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kyle Purvis disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. OCR and automated extraction features may produce inaccurate results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kyle Purvis shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
Our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to RouteSpark in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kyle Purvis from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of:
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe a violation has occurred or continued access presents legal or operational risk.
Upon termination:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
Any legal action shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you consent to jurisdiction therein.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.
You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Kyle Purvis regarding the Service.
